When the living creatures moved, the wheels beside them moved; and when the living creatures rose from the ground, the wheels also rose.  Wherever the spirit would go, they would go, and the wheels would rise along with them, because the spirit of the living creatures was in the wheels.  When the creatures moved, they also moved; when the creatures stood still, they also stood still; and when the creatures rose from the ground, the wheels rose along with them, because the spirit of the living creatures was in the wheels.

Spread out above the heads of the living creatures was what looked like an expanse, sparkling like ice, and awesome.  Under the expanse their wings were stretched out one toward the other, and each had two wings covering its body.  When the creatures moved, I heard the sound of their wings, like the roar of rushing waters, like the voice of the Almighty, like the tumult of an army. When they stood still, they lowered their wings.

I hereby give formal notice to the Department of Homeland Security and the general populace of the US and its e-community to brace for the impact of my arrival in the United States of America of my personal real life body on March 26, 2010.

The secondary excursionary expedition is also planned to at some point cross the Great Smoky Mountains into Tennessee from North Carolina.  The normally pretty journey over the Smoky Mountains from NC to TN, has been cut off by a massive rockslide on the I-40.   The slide which occured in October last year, is still being cleared.

Upcoming SIMPEG Get TogetherFor anyone that is interested, we are planning on having a site member get-together... which has been coincidentally scheduled for during abcvs's lay over at LAX.

Currently, the plan is to meet at a bar/restaurant near the pier in Manhattan Beach... which is not far from LAX.... on March 26... at around 4-5pm.  Everyone is welcome.

I will be there... as will (hopefully/tentatively) our esteemed Sam.

Lucky sod indeed!  I want pics of the meet-up too, should be highly amusing.  Too bad you don't have longer in San Francisco, but 12 hours is plenty long enough to get into all kinds of trouble in that town.  Take the BART straight from the airport to downtown and you can easily walk to many of the most famous sights--no car needed!  :surf:

Location has changed...   Manhattan Beach is a bust for parking...

*Just remember folks...   while everyone is welcome, this is a real life meet up, so unless you are an adult,  you would need to bring an adult with you.
